Individual Counseling

Periodic struggles with depression, anxiety, grief & life transitions are perhaps revealed through an individual's experience of distraction, lack of focus, frustration and feeling overwhelmed. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT: situations that lead to thoughts, feelings & behaviors with a less than ideal outcome) help get to the root of the problem in order to learn tools toward solution. Therapy focuses on self-care and strong communication will help you combat burnout, find connection and improve your quality of life.
